Abstract

The diploma thesis below deals with the general proposal of a hydraulic circuit and the complete design solution of a test stand, on which the suitability of the sealing for application in degraded conditions will be tested, simulated and evaluated. These conditions are mainly the heat load and the speed of movement of the mechanism. In addition to the suitability of the sealing, the device is designed to correspond with a certain similarity to the real device - the servo cylinder, and the approximate characteristics of the servo cylinder, including the mechanical spring accumulator, can be tested on it.
