Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design of worm gearbox with a multiple disk overload release clutch. The introduction sums up input parameters and also specifies prerequisites which aren‘t exactly specified in assignment. There is also concise procedure of design. The theoretical section of bachelor thesis deals with theme of worm gears and construction of worm gearboxes. In practical section there is provided design of worm gearbox including calculations of separate components and mechanisms as a worm gear and multiple disk overload release clutch. At the end there is concise assessment of design. Production drawing of worm wheel and general assembly drawing including list of components are located in enclosure of the bachelor thesis. There are located also other additional calculations.
