Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is to familiarize a possible reader with designing a new technology for machining specified pockets on the specified component and on the experiment of grooves milling of selected strategies. The introduction of the thesis is about milling strategies and problems caused while milling and their solution. Then the process of the milling experiment will be described and evaluated. The second part of this thesis describes the current pocket milling strategy and it is focused on new technologies proposal afterwards. These proposals are compared with each other in terms of cutting times and all of these are included in the attachment. The last part of the thesis shows the comparison of the original technology with the new technology. The result of the master thesis is the innovation of the current technological process and the manual for pocket machining.
