Návrh e-shopu s kovářskými polotovary

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create an e-shop design for the company Industroprofil, spol. s r.o. operating on the market with blacksmith semi-finished products. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic concepts related to online marketing with emphasis on marketing mix and online marketing tools. The practical part deals with the analysis of the selected company and market. In this part, a marketing research method using in-depth interviews was used to obtain information about B2B customer preferences. Based on the analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the company were identified and appropriate communication channels were suggested. The overall look and feel of the e-shop was also designed, including the design of categorization and appropriate functionalities. The e-commerce solution was selected using TOPSIS analysis to select the most appropriate platform given the criteria set by the company's CEO.
