Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a new business – a blacksmith’s art workshop. The introduction describes general issues of setting up a new business. The main part is a business plan for the workshop. This plan is solved according to the curriculum of creating a business plan. The purpose of the workshop is to meet the demand in the market for blacksmith art and to achieve the highest possible profit. In the conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of whether the workshop could succeed in the Czech market by making sufficient income to cover the expenses and if there would be any profit.
