Strategické řízení lidských zdrojů v českých podnicích

Abstract

This bachelor´s work deals with the field of strategic human resources management. It consists of two parts, the former defines the general theory of human resources management, strategic human resources management and personnel planning, whereas the latter focuses on the contemporary strategic human resources management in companies. This bachelor´s work answers the questions what recent trends and developments there are described in the literature and how they are put into practice in Czech companies. The outcome of the bachelor´s work is evaluation of the current situation in Czech companies.
