Abstract

The thesis focuses on exploring the processes of learning, selection and adaptation of employees. It specifies individual processes from a theoretical perspective and then compares it with the true situation identified in the company TON. Based on the findings, it proposes measures to help streamline acquisition processes, selection and adaptation of employees in the above mentioned company.
