Abstract

A bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of grooving tools for machining light alloys, especially for machining of car wheels, from an alloy of aluminium. Preface of bachelor thesis is focused on alloys of aluminium, its workability, and on tools used forming them. Next part of bachelor thesis is focused on tool holders, materials which are made of, and its characteristics. In the end, a list of suppliers of grooving tools was made and acquainted with frequent solutions.
