Simulace procesu seznamovacích letů pomocí softwaru Witness Horizon

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou simulačního modelu procesu seznamovacích letů ve vybrané letecké společnosti. Pro řešení této problematiky byl zvolen simulační software Witness Horizon. První část práce se věnuje legislativnímu rámci provozu seznamovacích letů, charakteristice provozního režimu sledované společnosti a analýze procesu realizace letu od příchodu zákazníka až po přestávku pilota. Další část práce je zaměřena na statistickou analýzu reálně naměřených dat a na tvorbu simulačního modelu, který byl validován na třech dnech reálného provozu. V experimentální části byly provedeny experimenty s různými hodnotami časové rezervy mezi rezervacemi, na základě kterých bylo formulováno doporučení vhodné hodnoty rezervy zlepšující organizaci letového dne.

This master's thesis deals with the creation of a simulation model of the sightseeing flight process in a selected aviation company. The Witness Horizon simulation software was chosen to solve this problem. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the legislative framework for sightseeing flight operations, the characteristics of the operational regime of the observed company, and the analysis of the flight process from the customer's arrival to the pilot's break. The next part of the thesis focuses on the statistical analysis of real measured data and on the creation of a simulation model, which was validated on three days of real operation. In the experimental part, experiments with different values of time reserve between bookings were carried out, on the basis of which a recommendation of the optimal reserve value improving the organization of the flight day was formulated.
