Návrh optimalizace výrobních procesů ve strojírenské společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis examines possibilities of reducing waste by optimizing existing processes at Wanzl spol. s r.o. The theoretical part describes the individual types of production, the principles of lean production with an emphasis on eliminating waste. The practical part presents the company, its history, organization, layout, material flow and used technologies used, with a focus on welding. Based on the analysis, areas for improvement are identified based on the analysis. Then, adjustments are proposed in the process of replacing fixtures, the layout of the company and the use of installed assets. Individual proposals that will lead to reducing waste are supplemented with financial calculations.
