Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of a line node, which is located in the food industry. The topic of the work was created from the agreement of documents in the company TEMEX, spol. s.r.o. The line node consists of a camera inspection of the plates to detect dirt. Sorting and subsequent transport of plates to stackers using conveyors and conveyor bends. The stacks of plates are transported by a dosing conveyor to a 3-axis manipulator, where the stacks are placed in baskets. All frame construction is made of stainless steel. The work is designed to meet the agreed requirements in company and food standards. According to the risk assessment, safety elements were designed in the work. All specified requirements have been met. The output of the work is the designed node, evaluation and drawing documentation.
