Abstract

The master thesis deals with the structural design, hydraulic scissors lifts. According to the size parameters and power plant load , linear motors are designed to be used for lifting and lowering device. It is solved by custom design construction of all members of the facility. Another part deals with the calculation of reaction forces acting on pin save scissor mechanism. For clarity, the diagram of the forces created in the hydraulic cylinder during lifting. The design is verified by checking the most heavily loaded frame scissor mechanism, by stress analysis using finite element method. The thesis is accompanied by drawings of device.
