Abstract
This thesis deals with the problem of tool change time reduction on the line 539/542/561/568 and 565/567. In the theoretical work is presented theoretical knowledge from literature sources and concepts, which concern the reduction of time when changing tools. Practical part analyzes the present situation in company CTS Czech republic, s.r.o. and then applied the SMED method into the manafacturing process.
