Konverzní povlaky na hliníku

Abstract

This Bachelor paper is concerned with precipitation of conversion coatings (chromate), assessing the influence of metal surfaces on Chromate conversion coating and assessment of the surface defects of the coating. A design of a new technological process and a new production line for applying coating with content of Cr+6 is a part of this diploma paper. Analysis of the contemporary chromate rating technology and a laboratory evalution of samples is done within the scope of the experimental part. An analysis of current Chromate conversion coating technologies and verification of new technologies designes by me are tended to in scope of the experimental part, as was the adjustment of the technological processes with their consequential verification and laboratory evalution of samples.
