Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy proposal for a company operating butterfly house. The main goal of this work was to compile a specific marketing strategy that would attract new customer segments and lead to an increase in attendance. For data collection, telephone interview methods and results from the proposed campaign were chosen for the purpose of this work. Based on the evaluation of this data, several recommendations were proposed for the company, which were divided into external and internal environments. Furthermore, a specific strategy for the company was proposed, which should help to achieve the goals.
