Vyhodnocení creepového chování u tlakové nádoby

Abstract

Úvod práce má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s problematikou tlakové nádoby. Následuje popis creepového chování z fyzikálního a výpočtářského hlediska – definice creepu, creepové zkoušky, fyzikální mechanismy, materiálový model a creepové konstituční rovnice. Třetí část práce obsahuje verifikační úlohu pro ověření správnosti postupu výpočtu. Největší část práce je věnována hlavnímu výpočtu, tzn. výpočtu podle normy, výpočtu pomocí creepových mechanismů a jejich porovnáním. Závěrem jsou uvedeny obrázkové a výkresové přílohy.

In the beginning of the thesis there is basic information about pressure vessels. Then description of creep behavior from physical and calculations preview follows – definition of creep, creep experiments, physics mechanism, material model and creep constitutional equations. Third part of the thesis contains verification task, which controls the procedure of calculations. In the main part of the thesis there are calculations, i.e. calculations by norm, calculations by creep mechanism and comparison of both. In the conclusion there are pictures and draw annex.
