Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of the weighing hopper, which is part of the fully automated filling system of the press. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the field of dosing and weighing of bulk materials, as well as to the design solutions of weighed containers. The current state of the workplace in which the proposed solution is addressed is also described. The following is a description of possible solution variants, one of which is chosen and continues to be developed. Measurement of mechanical and physical properties is carried out, on the basis of which a technological design of the dosing device is subsequently realized. The correctness of the selected components is verified by the calculations. At the end, the proposed dosing device is subjected to operational tests to verify the function of filling press. Part of the master thesis is the drawing documentation of the dosing device.
