Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with employee satisfaction with the training and development system in the selected organization. The main objective of the theoretical part is to define theoretical solutions related to the given issue. Consequently, this theoretical background is used to build the practical part of the thesis which puts emphasis on the analysis of the training and development system in the organization Kovokon Popovice, s.r.o. The practical part includes the questionnaire survey that aims to find out employees´ opinions and satisfaction concerning the already established system of training and development. Based on the findings gathered from the analysis, the ways for possible improvements of the existing training and development system within the company, are suggested and set out.
