Abstract
This thesis discusses the forming technology of bearing rings. It aims to propose an alternative forming process of hot ring rollover on the former. The design focuses on reducing the volume of waste material, work, load, and subsequent machining. Analysis of this forming process has been solved as a simulation in the program Qform (ver.5.1.1.). Tempered roller bearing Ød80 mm, ØD 125mm (32016-x from catalogue of the company INA) has been used as a model. Acquired parameters are used to compare with other technologies and for technical-economical evaluation.
