Analýza stavu systému managementu kvality dle požadavků ČSN EN ISO 9001

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current state of the quality management system implemented at the AKC konstrukce according to the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008. It evaluates whether the processes meet company´s needs, and fulfil the formal and legal requirements. On the basis of the results it can help to decide upon the certification. At the beginning the thesis explains the key concepts such as quality and the quality management system. In addition it introduces AKC konstrukce company and clarifies the decision to implement the quality system and evaluates and analyses the setting of this system according to the requirements of each clause of the standard ISO 9001:2008. In the end it is focused on the issues, that at least meet standard requirements and suggests possible solutions.
