Využití psychodiagnostických metod při identifikaci talentů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of psychodiagnostic methods in talent identification within the talent management process. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of talent management, its importance for organizations, and the possibilities of using psychodiagnostics in human resource management. The thesis also includes a description of selected psychodiagnostic methods and an analysis of their benefits and limitations in identifying employees with high potential. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the use of psychodiagnostic tools in a selected company. The research was conducted through a semi-structured interview with an HR employee and was supplemented by an analysis of internal personnel data related to employee recruitment, talent programmes, and employee development systems. The results show that psychodiagnostic methods represent an important tool for personnel decision-making and are actively used in employee recruitment, talent identification, and career development planning. At the same time, several limitations of the analysed system were identified, particularly the absence of regular updates of diagnostic profiles and the high dependence of personnel decisions on test results. The thesis also provides recommendations for more effective use of psychodiagnostics in the talent management process.
