Návrh konstrukce a řešení vyvažování pojezdových částí zakladačů s nesymetricky uloženým těžištěm

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the problematics of balancing the traveling parts of EXYZ storage devices, which have an asymmetrical position of the center of gravity. The first part describes an overview of jigs that are used for lifting loads with an asymmetrical position of the center of gravity. Proposal of three possible variants of the balancing device is made, based on the research. The most advantageous variant is further elaborated in detail. The following is a finite element analysis of the designed construction and calculations of welded joints. The last chapter describes fastening of the jig to the travel part of the storage device and the process of lifting and balancing. Technical drawings are included in the enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
