Abstract
This bachelor thesis measures customer satisfaction of the housing cooperative in Šumperk. The theoretical part describes features and a marketing mix of service. The practical part contains results of a marketing research. The conclusion presents recommendations for increasing the satisfaction of members of the housing cooperative.
