Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design methodology for contract management in the close cooperation with Alliance Laundry CE Ltd., resident in Pribor. The goal of master thesis was to design the methodology for contract management and reduce repeating problems. In the introduction is explain the project management, general project, kinds of project methods and risk management. In the second part the author presents the company, then analyzes the current situation of the projects in the individual years and their current process. Following the evaluation of the analysis is suggest the methodology, which will be used in practice and is intended to help improve the status of contract management.
