Kalibrace teplotního zdroje pro numerickou simulaci obloukového svařování

Abstract

This master thesis deals with heat source calibration for numerical simulation of arc welding. The welding method TIG was selected for experimental testing and simulation. Numerical simulation was performed in the program Simufact Welding 6.0. The measured temperature cycles were compared with simulated temperature cycles. Thanks to the calibration of the heat source we can more accurately and reliably numerically predict the distribution of temperature fields, the size of the heat-affected area (TOO) and welding baths, the transformation of the material structures in the weld and TOO, the formation of residual stresses and deformations, changes in hardness in the weld and TOO, unacceptable defects, etc.
