Organizování mezinárodního fotbalového turnaje

Abstract

This thesis deals with international organization of sporting events, namely VI. qualifying group of Region´s Cup tournament in football. The aim of this thesis is analyzing the state tournament and the organizers of any recommendations for improvement within the next few years. The analysis consists of two parts. The first part is a brief presentation of the tournament, the venue and tournament organizers. Then there is also an analysis of the organizing process of this event. This process was divided into four phases. Phase preparation, execution, completion and final evaluation of this tournament. Second part contains a conversation with a member of the tournament organizing team and to assess the tournament was prepared SWOT analysis, according to the identified factors were determined strengths and weaknesses of the tournament and the potential opportunities and threats that may arise in the future. The conclusion summarizes the findings processed from individual analyzes and suggestions for the organizers and ideas for improvement within the next few years.
