Organizování mezinárodního fotbalového turnaje

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá organizací mezinárodního sportovní akce, konkrétně VI. kvalifikační skupiny turnaje Region´s Cup ve fotbale. Cílem práce je zanalyzování tohoto turnaje a uvést případná doporučení organizátorům ke zlepšení do příštích let. Analýza se sestává ze dvou částí. V první části je stručné představení turnaje, místa konání a pořadatelů turnaje. Dále je zde i analýza procesu zorganizování této akce. Tento proces byl rozdělen na čtyři fáze. Fáze příprav, realizace, ukončení a závěrečného zhodnocení tohoto turnaje. V druhé části je zpracován rozhovor s členem organizačního týmu turnaje a k zhodnocení turnaje byla zpracována analýza SWOT, podle zjištěných faktorů byly určeny silné a slabé stránky turnaje a potencionální příležitosti a hrozby, které mohou nastat v budoucnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky zpracované z jednotlivých analýz a navržena doporučení a náměty organizátorům ke zlepšení do příštích let.

This thesis deals with international organization of sporting events, namely VI. qualifying group of Region´s Cup tournament in football. The aim of this thesis is analyzing the state tournament and the organizers of any recommendations for improvement within the next few years. The analysis consists of two parts. The first part is a brief presentation of the tournament, the venue and tournament organizers. Then there is also an analysis of the organizing process of this event. This process was divided into four phases. Phase preparation, execution, completion and final evaluation of this tournament. Second part contains a conversation with a member of the tournament organizing team and to assess the tournament was prepared SWOT analysis, according to the identified factors were determined strengths and weaknesses of the tournament and the potential opportunities and threats that may arise in the future. The conclusion summarizes the findings processed from individual analyzes and suggestions for the organizers and ideas for improvement within the next few years.
