Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the research whether the selected advertisements broadcasted on TV and Internet have their effects. The aim of the thesis is to find more free media to share advertisements based on a comparison of legal regulation. Further aim is to assess the effectiveness of advertisements by a questioning method and find out what awareness of advertisement regulation the public has.
In theoretical part of this thesis, there is an environment of TV broadcasting and internet determined, advertisement in those media is described and legal regulation of the advertisement in the Czech Republic is described.
The practical part involves the comparison of the Czech legal regulation of advertisement in TV broadcasting and on Internet.
Further, the results of the questioning were evaluated. This questioning was crated in online environment. Effectiveness of two chosen advertisements was compared and awareness of advertisement regulation was investigated and evaluated.
