Abstract
This bachelor’s work is engaged in customer satisfaction measurement with services of travel agency ORIGINAL. The aim of this work was to find, how the clients are satisfied with travel agency services and created suggestion and introduction, which would lead to increases of customer satisfaction. Marketing research date was obtained through a written questionnaire.
