Abstract
This thesis describes the design of appropriate methods of technical diagnostics for multi-axis machining center spindle. In the introduction the problems of machine tool spindles. The next section describes the options for technical diagnostics applicable for controlling the operating state of spindles. Of the possible methods of diagnostics is selected for controlling the spindle measurement of mechanical vibrations called vibrodiagnostics. Then follows the implementation of the proposal Vibrodiagnostics specific spindle with two ways of collecting data - route measurements off-line and on-line monitoring. In the last part shows the results of measurements by comparing individual data collection methods, which shows that the most appropriate method for monitoring the status of the spindle should be on-line vibration monitoring.
