Abstract
The main purpose of this bachelor thesis called "Analysis of Consumer Behavior on the Coffee Market" is to find out how do consumers behave in the given market and to analyze their buying and consumer behavior and then propose recommendations for the specific use of this knowledge in a real-life situation. The main source of data for this work is coming from quantitative data collection made through online questionnaires which are meant to find out on what occasions, when, where, with whom and how often do the respondents consume coffee and what factors influence them while buying it.
The conclusion of this work is based on the results of the research and it is offering specific proposals and recommendations for cafes as well as for coffee sellers.
