Abstract

This thesis describes the design of lubrication aggregate of turbocompressor. The first part is focused on assignment of the lubrication aggregate and describes in detail there quirements of the customer. Then the thesis turns to the isme of turbines and compressors operation, where the methods of lubricationare described. In the practical part the thesis gets to the design of lubrication aggregate, where all the technical and project calculations are made.Based on these calculations there are designed the hydraulic elements of the aggregate together with the piping. In the fifth charter there is treated the entire project of lubrication aggregate. The project was made in the 3D in the SOLIDWORKS software, in which there was designed the tank with all the accessories of the lubrication aggregate. There is the fiction of the lubricating aggregate described in detail also with individual technical solutions. At last, there is given the operation a maintenance manual on lubrication aggregate along with principal diagrams. In annex of the thesis there is a functional diagram, assembler drawings of lubrication aggregate.
