Analýza technologie tváření ložiskových kroužků

Abstract

The master thesis is dealing with forming technology analysis of Bering ring. The first part is an analysis of production technology of bearing rings and current technology of bearings. In the next part is created a mathematical model of upsetting operations, forming and turn bearing ring over in the simulation software QForm. The mathematical model, based on the finite element method, was made on the basis of drawing on AutoCAD, which was transferred into program QForm. From results of the simulation the analysis of simulated operations was done. The final part evaluates the results of computer simulation program QForm.
