Porovnání ručního a strojního obrábění

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh a porovnání technologického postupu součástí. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na samotnou funkci výrobku sestaveného z nám zadaných součástí. Dále si vysvětlíme obrobitelnost, hliník a jeho slitiny, abychom si přiblížili použitý materiál a jeho schopnost ho obrábět. Popíšeme si jednotlivé prvky výrobního procesu a zamyslíme se nad současnými požadavky strojírenské výroby. V praktické části popíšeme stávající technologický postup a navrhneme nový. Porovnáme dosažené drsnosti povrchu a ekonomicky zhodnotíme dosažené výsledky.

This bachelor thesis focuses on design and comparison of technological proces of components. In the theoretical part, we focuse on an actual function of the product assembled from specified components. Futhemore, we explain machinability, aluminium and its alloys, we approach the used materiál and its ability to machine it. We desribe the various elements of the manufacturing process and we consider over current requirements of mechanical engineering. In the practcal part, we will desribe existing technological process and we will design a new one. We will compare the achievements of surface roughness and we evaluate economically the results of tests.
