Abstract
Bachelor's thesis deals with the derived h parameters for direct and alternating signal.
In the first section are addressed by the equation for direct and alternating signal to the
involvement of transistor SC, SB, and SE. In the second section deals with the verification of
the formulas derived with the help of measurements. Third section deals with the temperature
dependency parameter h for direct signal on the basis of measurement.
