dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá odvozením h parametrů pro stejnosměrný a střídavý signál. V prvním bodě jsou řešeny rovnice pro stejnosměrný a střídavý signál pro zapojení tranzistoru SC, SB a SE. V druhém bodě se zabývá ověřením odvozených vzorců za pomoci měření. Třetí bod se zabývá teplotní závislostí h parametru pro stejnosměrný signál na základě měření.cs
dc.description.abstractBachelor's thesis deals with the derived h parameters for direct and alternating signal. In the first section are addressed by the equation for direct and alternating signal to the involvement of transistor SC, SB, and SE. In the second section deals with the verification of the formulas derived with the help of measurements. Third section deals with the temperature dependency parameter h for direct signal on the basis of measurement.en
