Optimalizace procesu odsíření v černo-uhelné elektrárně

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the optimization of the desulphurization process in a coal-fired power plant. The introductory part defines the general characteristics of the problem, introduces the Dětmarovice power plant and the desulphurization process. Subsequently, the analysis and calculation of the energy consumption of the desulphurization lines operation, the determination of the price for the production of limestone slurry was carried out. In the practical part, both desulphurization lines were compared in terms of energy consumption and comparison of absorbers in terms of limestone slurry consumption. At the end of the thesis, a proposal for the operation of the lines was presented and the possible savings were evaluated not only in terms of energy consumption of the operation, but also the comparison of the consumption of the absorbers. These results will be used to optimize the desulfurization process at different operating conditions.
