Abstract

Graduation thesis deals with proposal cutting conditions for machine flexible dies. The introduction of the theoretical part listed companies which one with deals flexible dies. After is description the process of production of flexible dies, division flexible dies. The follow of describes the process of chemical machining with nickel. End of theoretical part parametr milling cutter, which used for milling and production milling flexible sheet. The experimental part describes the samples which use do and evaluate experiment. It‘s said dimension the samples, cutting conditions (cutting speed, speed, shit for minute, shit for tooth). After is listed evaluate visual check and check geometry accuracy. Visual check the samples was evaluate under stereomicroscope DM 143 FBGG from out page the samples and from inside pages the samples. The result visual check the samples were processed in program Motic Image Plus 2. 0. ML. Visual check the samples with performs with reason from formation defects and track after milling cutter. End of theoretical part the samples is done evaluate best and worst the samples. After evaluation visual check the samples followed me check geometry accuracy. Check geometry accuracy the samples was evaluate below optical profilometr MircoProf FRT. The results evaluate the samples was get in program Aqquire, process the samples was done in program SPIP 6. 2. 6..
