Systém organizace a řízení obráběcích nástrojů ve výrobním procesu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem a organizací řízení nástrojů v podniku při výrobě lůžek vyměnitelných břitových destiček. V práci bude uveden aktuální stav řešené problematiky, zde patří informace o Tool Managementu, problémech nástrojáren, optimalizaci výrobního systému. Bude popsán stávající systém řízení a navrhované změny. Změny budou zaměřeny především na výdejový systém, zavedení předseřizovacího stroje, optimalizaci řezných podmínek a zavedení kompletního systému pro správu a organizaci nástrojů ve firmě. Cílem práce pak bude navrhované změny v systému řízení výroby zhodnotit pro jejich uplatnění v praxi.

This thesis deals with the system of organization and management of tools in the manufacturing of the beds for indexable cutting inserts. The work will be presented the current state of the topic including information about Tool Management, problems of tool manufacturers and optimization of the production system. It describes the current management system and the proposed changes. The changes will focus primarily on the dispensing system, the introduction of presetting machine, optimization of the production system and the introduction of a complete system for administration and organization of the tools in the company. The aim of the work will be the evaluation of the proposed changes in the system of production management for their application in practice.
