Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with solution flow of material and storage plates and arrangement of machines in the workplace in company PARS NOVA a.s. The content of the work was to improve material flow and increase safety around the workplace. We selected three representatives from a wide range of products for the production of rail vehicles. First, carry out analysis of the current status in terms of material flow and storage. After setting targets were proposed three solution with using the processing capacity calculations, tables of material flow and Sankey diagrams. The company through options proposed increase productivity and efficiency for the burning workplace.
