Aplikace multiparametrické diagnostiky na pomaluběžném uložení konvertorové nádoby

Abstract

My diploma thesis deals with the application of multi-parametric diagnostics on slowly rotating bearing of converted vessel to ensure safe and smooth operation of the device. The work describes the current ascertained state of placement of the converter vessel on the basis of available records and performed measurements. It is one of the key facilities of primary production, on which depends the subsequent processes of steel production linked to its continuity. This work assesses the effective use of several methods for monitoring the technical condition of the equipment for early detection of damage to the placement of the converter vessel. The final conclusion of the work is a recommendation for the optimized application of multi-parametric diagnostics on slowly rotating bearing of converted vessel, including the determination of individual periods of diagnostic, operational and maintenance activities.
