Měření spokojenosti obyvatel obce s poskytovanými službami

Abstract

The theme of the thesis is Citizen Satisfaction Measurement with Municipal Service. Specifically, the thesis deals with municipality Dolní Domaslavice. The aim of the thesis was to determine satisfaction of citizens with following services: transport, shopping facilities, health and postal services, educational facilities, municipal office, etc.. Based on the results of this marketing research were created proposals and recommendations for the municipality in nine areas that were evaluated in questionnaire.
