Abstract
The presented thesis deals with the competencies of sales representatives in the trade process in company Zvoska s.r.o . The thesis contains the theoretical knowledge from the process and the development of competencies. I analyzed the current situation in the trade process in terms of competencies of sales representatives in this thesis. The result is the finding that some competencies of sales representatives do not lead to the efficiency of their work. I suggested possible recommendations for streamlining of the process of their trading. I used the method of questioning in the analysis process.
