Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a heat pump, which is becoming more widespread nowadays. The aim was to create an addition to a residential building. In addition to pen and paper, I also used a graphics tablet for digital sketches. I utilized 3D space to model the virtual prototype. The thesis also includes a study of competition heat pumps, thermostats, and air conditioning systems. The final result was a heat pump that is intended to function as an accessory to a dwelling.
