Návrh systému výběru zaměstnanců pomocí metody TOPSIS ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výběr zaměstnanců pomocí metody TOPSIS. Hlavním cílem práce je aplikace metody TOPSIS při výběru životopisů a také při výběrovém pohovoru. Teoretická část popisuje řízení lidských zdrojů, získávání a výběr zaměstnanců a také metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis firmy a aplikaci metody TOPSIS.

This bachelor thesis focuses on recruitment with the help of the TOPSIS method. The main goal of this thesis is to apply the TOPSIS method during the CV selection as well as the job interviews. The theoretical part describes a human resources management, a recruitment process and multiple-criteria decision-making methods. The practical part is focused on the description of a chosen company and the application of the TOPSIS method.
