Abstract

Master thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic system of the metal strip unwinder and its motion kinematics. In the first part the description of the metal strip unwinder is done. Then the problematics, types and the function principles are described, followed by defining parameters needed for designing every individual part, its kinematics and drive. Later on, detailed explanation of the hydraulic circuit takes place and whole theses than made in the 3D program using software SOLIDWORKS. This thesis is in the form of real project and consists of the hydraulic scheme and its specification, motor list and the operating and maintenance instructions. All documents mentioned above are enclosed in the attachment.
