Abstract

The thesis deals with the process of motivation in human resources management system. It defines the concept of motivation and a theory of motivation. The example shown by selected organizations need to assess the effectiveness offered and implemented incentive programs for employees, whose needs may change during the years. Knowledge of employees motives and appropriate mix of incentive is an important element in influencing the desired behavior of employees to meet organizational goals.
