Abstract
This thesis deals with the study of the surface layer of nickel applied to the alloy of nickel and iron product companies SCHOTT s.r.o. based in Lanškroun. The experimental part deals with the evaluation Ni coating before and after heat treatment. Nondestructive evaluation of Ni thickness was measured using a device Fisherscope. Microscopic evaluation phase interface and the chemical composition.
