Abstract
This master thesis deals with structural design of oxygen converter tilting drive for steelmaking. This proposal is based on dimensional weight and gravimetric suggestion of the converter vessel, including an analysis of changes in the center of gravity for different working conditions under which the establishment of a maximum resistive torque. To overcome this resistance maximum torque drive designed tilting of oxygen converter, including steel construction. Mounting the drive to the driven shaft is solved by using a conical clamping connection to the desktop, based on variant design. Individual entered design nodes were constructed and inspected for planning, design solutions, including the main dimension, is documented in the annex drawings.
