Abstract

Master Thesis thesis deals with the issue of measuring methods for the bed of end mills. In the first room of the diploma thesis, they are intended for monopoly and modular tools and equipment for VBD monitoring. The aim is the analysis of measurement methods for complex shapes of workpieces, which make the line and non-contact method. The main part of Master Thesis is focused on a suitably chosen measuring method of the cutter bed, where, based on the examination of three different methods, the most suitable one for serial production was evaluated according to the resulting values. One of the main measured parameters that decided in this choice was, for example, the accuracy of the bearing surfaces of the bed and the control of the cutting diameter. At the end of Master Thesis was analyzed the technical-economic evaluation of the achieved results of measuring methods.
